An affiliated wealth manager must be regulated in its respective country. The affiliated wealth manager will receive the KYC of the prospect and it will take care to identify, meet the prospect and once the relationship is approved by compliance a bank account will be opened or an existing account is taken over.

The wealth manager will manage the account according to the risk profile and investment strategy of the client complying with all regulations (AML, FinSA, FinIA, FidLEG, etc).
